Easy to find your way around but very uncomfortable seats, not sure why theyre half the size they should be and you just slip off them making it awful waiting for busses for even a short period of time
Like it that has 3xWelcome to Middlesbrough large on bus station. Toilets are spotless and canny cleaner Steve keepsem clean. Clear signboards and pleasant place to wait in, to get bus to Scarborough or north or local ones Good cafe (Milligan's) for tasty tea.
National express decided to pull a no show with their coach. Not another one for two hours! There's no information available. No help at all. Plus they have the gall to try and charge a premium call rate for their virtually nonexistent customer service. Ended up it off pocket for an alternative train ride. DO NOT USE NATIONAL EXPRESS!
Staff are awful to customers. You have to pay to use the toilets what are descusting insideI wouldnt use their sevices if it was an emergancy
