Avoid worst company for hire First time I've used europcar Dropped car back with a full tank,was charged 35plus for fuel, 11 litres when I questioned the charges the manager said it was 3/4 full I then replied you must've been driving the car he hung up the phone Will never use europcar again if this is how you treated as a customer
Car ok but not close to what I booked. Booked collection service and they didn't turn up. No phone number to call them so rang national number and after 15 mins no further forward.Like I say car was ok but local office pretty hopeless.
