Bought a few bits & pieces from Richer Sounds over the years. They're always welcoming & knowledgeable but never pushy, a reasonable assortment on display & a decent demo room so you can try out projectors, TV's or sound & surround systems.
Great after sales service. Always glad to help. I cannot fault them!
Staff were good but the place is a joke for parking. They have two bays and getting into them is impossible when it's busy. You have people walking on the street and others cars on a very busy town centre road. The parking really let's this place down and it put me off visiting again.Reply to Richer sounds:I appreciate you getting back to me. Like I said, your staff were very helpful. The customer service was spot on. Everything was spot on except that road outside. I know there's not much you can do about that. I would give 5* if the shop was in an easier location.
