Worst company I've ever experienced. The day before delivery, they called to tell me they'd damaged the bed beyond repair and it was the last one (they dropped it they said, which I don't believe. I think they sold it to someone else). I was given the choice of cancelling my order or ordering a different bed at double the cost. Because they only notified me of this the day before delivery was due, I'd already disposed of all my bedroom furniture. I'm now stuck sleeping on my mattress on the floor. I agree with what everyone else has said - customer service is non existent and Claire the "office manager" has zero empathy, no customer service skills and obviously hasn't been given the authority to resolve complaints. I wrote to the managing directors, Carl Ward and John Gregory and they either haven't been passed the email or they simply don't care about customer service. Either way I've been left in the position of now having no bed to sleep on through no fault of my own and I either pay more or lump it. For other complainants, do you know you can take your complaint to the furniture ombudsman? It's a free service and the company pay weather they win or lose the case. If enough people do this they'll have to change their ways!
I echo the comments of every 1 star rating. This company does not have a sales or customer service department, simply a website and shipping team.They do not appear to remotely care about their customers in any way shape or form - if you left a good review here I'm sorry but there was no one to read it as they wouldn't have a department for this.Granted the furniture is OK otherwise they wouldn't have a business however when ordering be aware the delivery period could be 6 months and there is no recourse to customer service.
I ordered the Lincoln Four Poster bed in white after seeing Marnie from Geordie shore had it in her room on instagram - totally love it, the guys who delivered it did a great job of putting it together too!
The bed I ordered is absolutely superb quality. I also bought a picture from them that is actually nicer than it looked online. Delivery can take a while but products are worth waiting for. I'd definitely use them again.
I don't understand how this seller received these positive reviews here. It is factually one of the worst suppliers that I ever encountered. I was shocked by their poor customer service and total failure to address the problem of defective slatted bed base. This company just does not care about you at all. I spent nearly 800 for the bedframe but as soon as it arrived the slatted base has some broken pieces. I asked them to take the bed back for refund but they just did not care about you as a customer. Instead, they kept giving you tons of excuses and only offered small money off as a compensation for the defective item. Now they claimed it would take 12-15 weeks to order a new slatted base and more time needed to replace the slatted base. I decided to drop this seller and instead sent a honest feedback for this seller. This is not a trustworthy seller to trade and I will report it to senior authorities in the UK for further complaint and investigation for the matter. I will not stop until this company gives me reasonable concession and really treats customer fairly. Be careful!
