Terrible service, still waiting after 6 months for a breakfast bar we ordered, 2 attempts to make it then we were told they can't make it to the size required. Still waiting for feedback from 3rd attempt. Have to chase them to find out what's happening and they don't return calls when promised. Thank goodness we didn't order a kitchen from them. Wouldn't recommend which is a shame as it's good to use local companies.
We have recently had a new bathroom installed by H&S and would highly recommend them . We took our time making up our minds about what we wanted and the design team were very helpful and professional . The installation team were very well organised , punctual and courteous and the workmanship was excellent .
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish by HS Interiors. Recommended by a close friend & we were dubious at first at not going to a 'main stream' retailer by I am very pleased we went to HS. We actually ended up dealing with a great guy Paul Faulkner. Paul assisted us with the design & provided sound practical advice in the initial planning phase. This is definitely a case you get what you pay for as the quality & finish is incredible. All the tradespeople were clean & tidy (a massive pet hate of mine), on time, came to the house as planned & the fit & finish perfect. Well worth the 5 stars.
We bought three bathroom suites inc 3 Aqualisa showers over 10 years ago from Richard at HS Interiors when we were building our house. His help, service and professionalism were second to none. The quality of the suites has stood the test of time and still look fantastic now. Some of the plastic seals in the shower cubicles had discoloured over time and Richard ordered us replacements at no additional cost, that is true customer service, 10 years later and still valued as a customer. I would highly recommend HS Interiors and Richard, who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 everytime.
We recently had our kitchen designed and fitted by HS. The finished results are stunning. I cannot believe the transformation. We dealt with Louise throughout the design & purchase stage and we are so happy that we listened to her advice regarding design. Overall we would highly recommend
