I was a patient in 2013 I was good at observation, could tell you loads about this place. I remember when I visited that a woman wanted a pen, maybe to jot a number down or make note of something. Asking kindly knocking on the staff door : can I borrow a pen please, nurses just in a way shutting the door on her face saying wait. Its obvious that the patient needed the pen but had to wait a long time. Asking a few times she lost her temper then the medicine cabinet was involved, would this drug or even injections sometimes be avoided I would say ' yes ' I don't know how many psychiatric drugs are not needed by the mistakes but I can only go on with my bad experiences. Far too many wasting money wasting time and sometimes having side effects in time to come. The psychiatric nurses or even psychiatrists need to use different stradagies a different approach to vunrable people, before time eventually does catch up with those who can't seem to understand the term ' mental illness' I have caught up l know exactly what they do like I say it only takes time. What is time that's right its a good healer, bye for now hope this has put a different prospective on this issue. Must be something about it when there's no picture in the review section. Doesn't tell you much about saint lukes. I lookedvon the teeside live app, its a pity I couldn't do a review. It was an evil place with inexperienced people thinking they could help lol. I still have flash backs and nightmares lots of patients from decades ago are either in homes or have died at an early age. Maybe suffering more than ever. My story will be told to change the whole lot of psychiatry yes I know their names know of malpractice know the perfetic treatment oh boy what I'm going to do with this info is nobody's business hopefully when I have named and shamed them I will get numerous apologizes and the justice will be done. They WILL not sleep believe me ! You could never believe this but there is people which had their jobs from the 80s still working there one I had a terrible horrific experience with he knows who he is what he's done and his time is defiantly running out. After all I have a very powerful vivid memory he knows this. CQC please asap

This hospital is absolutely diabolical and vile I lost one of my closest friends to suicide today and this hospital did nothing but turn her away in her time of need diagnosising her with one thing then saying the next day she is fine and has nothing wrong with her and that they were going to take her off all her medication well I hope youre all proud you have failed another poor victim to mental health call your selves a mental health hospital you must have got all your degrees from a joke shop staff mock you shout at you or just discharge you if your too challenging i would never ever recommend anyone to go here they are all power happy and havent a clue what they are doing constantly letting people down and failing to see the signs of someone struggling then if you do hurt yourself or attempt suicide they kick you out all because they want an easy job this place needs shutting down Im absolutely astounded that its still open with the way the majority of the staff treat patients and the doctors have no clue what theyre talking about well done Roseberry park I hope your happy that a poor innocent young girl has lost her life due to your sheer negligence

Not much better than saint Luke's for obvious reasons !

Utterly useless, couldn't care less!Got told to call 111...Wish there were more trains running on Yarm bridge.

My husband's care at roseberry park was faultless I am so pleased that he was referred there for the care he needed as he is so much better now thank you to all of the dedicated staff
