Woman is patronising and talks to you as if you are stupid. My stuff did fit in the machine & the door did close but she told me it didnt. Most expensive machines in middlesbrough and most of them were broken. When i said i didnt want to pay 7 to wash my quilt because id seen cheaper round the corner, she told me to go elsewhere so i did. Poor sign of a bad business. I had been here once before to dry stuff and the man was lovely but never again. No wonder the other laundry is so busy
Polite, friendly staff. Always happy to help and no job is too big or small. Lovely atmosphere and nice clean premises. Keep it up guys

Very rude people, there is a lady who picked up my call and cut my call twice which is very rude. And they made a rift on my jacket!
Fantastic service. Picked up my washing at 4.30pm Monday and it was back with me by midday the Tuesday. Polite, professional and so worth the price when (like us!) our washer dryer broke down! Absolutely will be using again and highly recommend!
