I have use the Coulby Newham store for over 5 years purchasing Live food & Frozen rodents for my reptiles, and every time I am in store I receive excellent service, if they do not hold the items I wish to purchase they either order for my next visit or collect it for me from an alternate branch. Always a really friendly service.
The staffs here were simply lovely. Super generous with their time & so patient with my young girls. They spoke about pet care & allowed my girls to stroke & interact with their pets.
