Woke up today freezing cold, called this company this morning and they came out and fixed my boiler. Really pleased. I asked them for a price to renew my old boiler and got a price the same day.
Just had a Honeywell Evohome Smart system fitted, the firm sent me a written quote and kept me informed and changed some radiator valves foc. Well impressed will use for my next job. recommended by my Dad who they changed some radiators for.
Called these guys after my shower leaked through the ceiling, lovely lady on the phone, made an appointment and came out an fixed the leak, great work by Chris. Will use again.
Absolutely appaling. I have used Emmanuel Spence for various jobs since 2008-9 and found them reliable and trustworthy untill now. My recent dealing was regarding a boiler service/repair. Customer service has been appaling and I have many complaints that I have put on writing however Mr Spence has not waited to recieve that letter or attempt to contact me other than sending two text messages threatening legal action. The boiler repair took four separate visits each time I was informed the boiler was working and safe to use. When I visited the property on all occasions the boiler was still faulty and unsafe resulting in it being isolated. Ultimately there has been poor workmanship resulting in call backs that they have continued to charge for. The final bill is unbelievable and not any were near reasonable and combined with the time it has taken to get to this point (months) has been nothing short of appaling. I cannot believe companies still operate this poorly when there are quality tradesmen struggling to earn a living. I cannot stress enough avoid avoid avoid. I will update in time especially if it progresses to court. Regards a very unhappy homeowner.
