First time buyer; buying a property through Michael Poole but using independent mortgage broker and solicitors! Andrea, Georgina, Connor and all others involved were very friendly and helpful throughout! Constantly striving for the best customer service and going above and beyond where possible; forwarding relevant documents to relevant people where necessary even if they technically werent required to; continually chasing up where necessary during a fairly lengthy buying time scale, and generally just keeping me well updated throughout the whole process!
