go-to place for a great feed in Middlesbrough. Ordered take-out several times - the can be a little long but they offer tea while you wait and the food is totally worth it. Highly recommend the mixed grill plate and the rice is bang on. Definitely heading back if I'm ever in the area again.
Great restaurant with authentic Middle Eastern food. Really accommodating staff, great for groups. Grills are top notch. BYOB.

Another cuisine I have never tried before, making the most of the advice and recommendations of a friend we tried the Bake Two. Absolutely delicious - I tried foods I would normally disregard because they have no meat but Wow! Quite literally everything I tried was a taste sensation, the portions were very generous (always a big bonus to me), and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Prices are so low... Yet the quality of food is excellent. Take your own wine saves a few quid, but if you forget it there are plenty of shops nearby. Great place, definitely worth a look
We have just had a wonderful meal at The bake two.With a three year old and an 11 month old in tow the staff could not be more accommodating . The food is awesome .with hand made breads still warm from the oven. a mixed grill of lamb and chicken cooked over charcoals . Sides of fresh humus ,olives and stuffed vine leaves. Dips and extra bread included. And a complimentary cardamon and mint tea. All served by friendly welcoming staff .10 out of ten 10 !We will be back! Thank you.
