Went Spain with them for 13 years 2 or 3 tines a year never again full of students now they slept all day then awake all night
Due to a huge let down from siesta holidays totally spoiling our holidays , heading out to Spain our bus swerved on to the hard shoulder , it drew my attention as we were sitting behind the driver who was blateenly passing a mobile phone to his co driver on numerous accounts , I took photos of this and had a confrontation with the driver who was not bothered in the least , so I took my complaint to the company its self I received a letter back from them admitting liability , and offering 50 gift voucher to travel with them again , Im totally disgusted to be treat like a second hand citizen , bearing in mind the law states dont use a mobile phone while driving , this driver had no thought for the passengers safety travelling on this coach , this driver totally spoilt our holidays , and to be given a 50 gift voucher Im sorry but this is not acceptable pleas be aware of using this siesta cach travel they might get a few good reviews but not this time , my next port of call is to the police , then VOSA ,
Very good company to use for holidays on coaches
My first holiday abroad, Delfin hotel was superb, half board, evening entertainment was mediocre, good food, pools lovely, staff great.03 per day fridge hire, free safe, bring cups, coffee, tea and teaspoons as well as travel kettle, iron and 2pin eu plug it's. Coach was OK, only take a small hand luggage as if too big you won't have much leg room. Staff great and several stops, Hope this helps.
