Very polite attentive staff amazing customer service
We've tried several Vets to care for our cats before finding Vets4Pets Middlesbrough Cleveland Park. Sophie and Andy are absolutely brilliant with our cats, they both have a real empathy with sick animals and their upset owners; it's obvious they genuinely care. We've never felt so comfortable and confident with other Vets we've visited as we do with Sophie and Andy; we trust them implicitly. To save time, we recently took one of our cats to our closest Vet because she wouldn't stop sneezing, we were convinced she had something stuck in her nose but our local Vet said she had an allergy and prescribed steroids, we weren't happy with this so the next day we went to see Sophie who listened to us, checked our cat's nose and thought she could see something. The next day Sophie and Andy removed an 8cm long blade of grass from the nose under general anaesthetic; our cat made a full recovery and has stopped sneezing. We are so thankful to Sophie and Andy for this and can't recommend them highly enough, they are wonderful people. After this incident we will never go anywhere else. They always give 5 star service.
A wonderful practice and the veterinary team are compassionate and caring. I feel really reassured that my cats are in safe hands.
I have been using this vets for a while, recently my cat had to have an operation, now I have no problem with his care but with the length of time his blood work is taking to come back (2 weeks tomorrow). We have been worried sick about this and all the vet says is "oh it should be back early next week, if you haven't heard by Wednesday give us a ring" sorry that's not good enough not for something you are paying a fortune for.
Having a really good vet makes all the difference and here they are really good vets. Andy specialises in reptiles and has saved my tortoise from certain death. I also have dogs and cats and i feel totally confident that they're in the best hands. I don't think they are the cheapest but to be honest they are worth it. They also don't try to sell sell sell like many other vets nowadays
