Rubbish customer service following Christmas gift that was not suitable manager not happy to accommodate whatsoever ever after a full explanation of circumstances. ...... ..rude cashier with attitude problem will never buy Christmas gifts from here again!!!
I'm really perplexed how this store gets such a high score. I went in this week and it really is the pits - the store itself is incredibly shabby; it looks like it hasn't had a good refurb for many years (decades even). It also has the air of the Marie Celeste - I visited the home furnishing floor and apart from stock being incredibly spartan I was outnumbered three to one by staff - all of whom were stood in a group talking. The brands in the store are not 'all that', either; there really is nothing that screams out 'buy me. The store sits in one of the best spots in town but chronic underinvestment and a lack of retail nous is apparent in bucketloads - even Debenhams across the road seems like it is buzzing by comparison. Such a shame.
Plenty to offer in way of clothes shoes bags ect .Staff are friendly
Nice shop wasn't that busy but then again it was a Tuesday stopped off for a turkey dinner as it has a cafe at the top of the building good food service was good as well
Love this shop. Good choice. Top makes. Friendly staff. .something for everyone. Lovely presents. It feels like a London department store because of the posh staircases xxx.
