Collected Christmas Food that was ordered online. However, there was a one hour wait in a very long queue. Staff were amazing as always and provided tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets to those waiting. The store is usually very accessible and again the staff are always very helpful. Thank you.

Disappointed the cafe did not have enough jacket potatoes to serve chilli con carne.So could not eat in the cafe .The rest of the shopping in store was fine.
Combination of tin roof and air conditioning made it almost impossible to ring my partner to discuss the options available and spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience. Good range of good quality products which generally cost less than I expected
