I wish could give under zero star to one life ,really really rubbish GP they can do nothing for you,I made appointment for my wife,they kept send her to home they said next week appointment,this is 4th time they send her to home,PLEASE looking for somewhere else to register ,Im asking government to close down this GP just waste place and money,making car park or car wash instead this much much better.
Its been impossible to book an appointment since finding out I was pregnant. I wish Id read other reviews. I called at 8:00 this morning 18 times and was on hold for a total of 49 minutes before being told all appointments had gone. Im pregnant, have had no advice about coming off my medication due to not even getting to speak to my doctor. This has caused me so much unnecessary stress which I really dont need as a first time mum in my first trimester.

Please do not register here. Its overbooked all the time. You have 30 minutes starting at 8am to book an appointment and after that 30 minutes they will be completely overbooked. I've tried on Monday and wasted 6 just trying to book an appointment and tried again Friday in person at 10:30am to be told they were overbooked then too. The secretaries are always very cold and will just turn you down without actually asking what the issue is. I understand that it is in town and it will be busy, but I shouldn't be classed as lucky to get an appointment.
Park Surgery is a very good practice. Like every aspect of our NHS these days it is clear that they are pushed to the limit with a tight budget. This transfers sadly into the patient experience where in general you feel more like a number than a patient . If only they were given more time and resources then this would be a fantastic practice but that said that could apply to the whole NHS at present . In summary , fantastic very clean building , very good doctors and staff but could be much better given its potential.
