As I travel around the country working alongside the NHS it's great to meet so many special people who make a difference. Thank you to Rose on reception and Sharon Mitchinson on the wards. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Very clean and colourful corridors.

Patient not labelled with penicillin allergy or urine sample taken before being sent from A&E to trauma ward.No bed, just a chair in trauma ward for almost 24 hours.Little or no pain relief during day shift on trauma ward. Although night shift were fabulous and finally labelled with penicillin allergy.Moved to surgical wing where given penicillin.Sent home with no pain medication but plenty of penicillin.

Just driving home after couple of days staying at the hospital giving birth to my first baby.Cannot thank all the lovely midwives and nurses and doctors and the staff enough for looking after us during the roller coaster of labour & the complications that accrued. Feeling extremely blessed to be looked after the way we did. God bless your hearts xxxx

I go to physiotherapy here as Ive just had 3 operations on my knee , staff are great in the gym , there dont rush you there give you the support and help you need and also very friendly and chatty , wasnt too impressed with the kids ward mind afew months back when my daughter was in very poorly needing surgery on her stomach she was only 8days old and we were left in a tiny room for 5hrs being told to keep feeding her even though that was the problem she had pylorocstanises and she was in pain , we then got put on a ward by ourselves and received no help from staff , my daughter was being sick constantly and we had to change the sheets ourselves we asked for a nurse to come speak to us and after half hour or pressing the buzzer I had to go myself to get them out a room whilst chatting , morning staff came on and were great got transferred on a different ward and the care and attention my daughter got was great , overall a good hospital who meet your needs BUT depending what shifts on

Amazing hospital! 100 times better than heartlands hospital in Birmingham!! Lovely, Friendly staff only waited 15 minutes until I was seen.
