Really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable and friendly hotel! The staff were polite and helpful! Very good value! Would highly recommend a stay here!
Located in the city centre and is part of the Cleveland Centre shopping mall. Nice clean rooms,comfortable beds, helpful reception staff. Breakfast was included wnd was OK. Parking is in the Cleveland centre car park. You can pay at the reception and they will validate your ticket the next morning. Over all nice!!
Nice place to stay but the breakfast was not as advertised as self service. And it should be. This is why not full marks
Fantastic experience staying here. Attended primarily for Aston Villa's visit to the Riverside Stadium (10 minute walk)with the family.Paid the extra for Evening medal and breakfast. Very good value and as good quality as the Hilton hotel I stayed at the week previous. Budget price but 5 star service.All staff friendly and a real credit to the hotel.
