I took my time to decide on which Estate Agency, I would like to try and sell my first home. Marianne was my first point of contact at Hunters, she was very personable and friendly and made me feel confident that Hunters would be able to sell my home. After putting my house on the market, I had lots of interest and an initial offer really quickly (within three months). The offer management was handled very well from both Steph and Marianne who kept me up to date with what was happening.I am really pleased I used Hunters to help me sell my home and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable estate agent. For the love of god please avoid like the plaque nothing but trouble with them especially when it comes to repairs forget it had to get council involved before they even lifted a finger. Always contacted the guarantor about everything with out letting tenant know just the worse best thing I did was move
Really good service and help from the team. Really helped push the sale through, chase people and kept me up to date. One disappointing aspect is how misleading the initial enthusiasm of price they could get for the house. I appreciate this may just be the standard sales pitch but would have preferred a bit more honesty upfront.

I rented my house and then bought it, both through Hunters office in Middlesbrough. Had a couple of issues with a small amount of damp and the garage roof in the beginning and both were sorted out quickly and without any issues. When we were buying the house I had loads of questions and they were so happy to help us with any information we needed. Have recommended to all of my friends.
