Good for offices
Historical building with a lot of charm, just hasn't kept up with modern conveniences.All businesses in the building are run by local people and it's great they have nice space to trade.
A commercial building with all sort of shops and offices for all category. Even with the number of shops currently line up, there are more spaces available for rent. It's an old space but seem to have everything that any mall building can have like escalators and lift. There's private parking with monthly cost at the back of the building. The building appears old but it's clean and well painted inside.
Few small shops it's OK.
