I had been looking for specific car for a couple of weeks and had been let down by a couple of car sales who sold the car from under me whilst I was hoping to get over and have a look. I spotted a car I was after at Easy Buy Cars On Auto trader, they had yet to put pictures on as they had just posted it so I spoke to one of the lads called Richie directly who sent me pics straight away no hassle and I went down and bought the car ! Great service from both Richie and Peter . They sorted the handover and even my car tax very promptly and Im over the moon with my purchase ! Cant thank the guys over there enough. 5 Star service !
Bought a car and couldn't be happier. Excellent transaction, went out of their way to make sure everything i asked for was done before i took the car. Absolute waste of time.Spoke to peter on Tuesday and he offered me a price for my car as part ex, I explained Id come down at theweekend to view the car I was interested in as its a 2 hour drive away, fine.Rang on the Thursday to try and leave a deposit, to which I was told I couldnt because somebody else was due to look at the car that day.Called up Friday morning and was told the guy who was supposed to be viewing couldnt make it and was going to be there by close of play that day.Called up at 5 on Friday and was told he didnt show up but was coming at 9am Saturday (by this time its hard to believe anything that comes out of this guys mouth)Called up Saturday morning at 10 and was told that the car didnt sell but he can no longer offer me the amount he said on the phone on the Tuesday for my car as its not good enough for him.Absolute waste of time and they lie through their teeth, extremely poor customer service and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.
