He was so helpful whether I contacted him by phone or email, he always replied fast and nothing was too much trouble, When in the dealership we, my wife and I, were really looked after from the moment we walked in. They made us feel so relaxed, gave us a cup of tea and Paul talked us through the details with no hard sell, no tricks or clever sales tactics. Paul did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle including getting it transferred from another Stoneacre in Grantham at no cost to us.
