If you are wanting to get healthy, lose weight and get fit this is the place to go. I have been coming to Ulysses for over a year now, I've lost well over a stone in weight I'm the fittest and healthiest I've ever been. Crossfit Ulysses has an awesome community atmosphere and is so welcoming to everyone. The programming is outstanding and will guarantee results.
I love.....Walking in and knowing most people's names Pushing ppl on and them picking me up off the floor the next day The community spirit and triumph when someone smashes a personal best they didn't even think possibleI hate....When I promise to go in and something gets in the way! I personally won't ever join another faceless gym again. I'd rather train and be in a friendly environment where I'll be pushed and coached by some awesome people.
Crossfit Ulysses is simply superb. The staff & gym goers are friendly & knowledgable, the beginners classes are well balanced & the community feels leaves you wanting more every time. I can't thank Ben enough for making me feel welcome & for introducing me to a whole new style of training.
