Great place for all gym requirements and a new boxing ring. Also new is the excellent food range in the adjacent unit .Expert advice on all your fitness and dietary needs in one location.Fitness made fun, in a relaxed atmosphere. Great team.
They refused to let me fill my water bottle up - when I asked if i could fill it up in the sink behind the counter I was told that it was for 'staff only' and that I could buy water from the machine for 1.50. There are no other drinking water taps in the gym. This unethical practice is motivated purely by greed, the duty of care to their customers appears to be non existent, they are a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
Friendly, welcoming and well maintained gym. Constantly updating and refreshing. Staff are well trained and always willing to advise.
Loving the Bootcamp classes, working really hard and seeing results. Great bunch of people just getting on with it. I have had wobbly legs twice now, can't beat that feeling as you know you have done something right.
Lovely people and professionally run with knowledgeable staff promoting healthy training and diet advice. Equipment is of high standard and maintained really well. I would recommend.
