Lovely gym And pool.fantastic staff and equipment, Toilets could use more regular cleaning.
The best staff absolutely possible ! They even spent there own free time unpaid to help train me the swimming pool is where I spend most my time I wish it could be deeper but hey ho the Steam room is nice and the Hot pool is beautiful - Sami

Very genuine gym. By far the best in Middlesbrough. Staff are very accommodating and offer support in every way possible. Issues are resolved and dealt with in a timely manner. Pool area is my favourite part but they also have a fantastic free weights area. The App that the girls on the desk downloaded for me is very useful. It allows me to track my progress and also see the numerous challenges the gym offers to help keep me motivated. Would recommend to everyone and would not go anywhere else!!!!! exceeds expectations
