Just had oil topped up and window wipers fitted. Staff were very polite and had good customer care. Have used this store many times and would totally recommend it.

Terrible experience when trying to replace a car battery.The Battery comes with 4 year warranty or so they tell you when purchasing.What they dont tell you is after 24hrs on charge and it does not start your car they put a test on the battery in store and tell you its ok so they cant replace it.To add insult to injury the intelligent employees ask you to drive your car to the shop so they can do further checks!!!In short the warranty means nothing and computer says no is the standard answer!!Thanks for all your help and assistance
Superb service from the team here, went to get 2 bikes for xmas on short notice, they advised on which were most suitable to what they needed, sorted free build and managed to get them squeezed in for xmas delivery. Happy customers, great customer service
Top notch service. The guy who resembles the Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons is a great laugh. The bald headed guy knows his stuff and quickly changed my daytime running light with ease on my 2010 Megane. I will continue to use the store as its always a joy to visit.
