Purchased yet another bike from here, first one still going after 13 years but wanted an upgrade, yet again, great price and great service. Had the bike for 6 months but it developed a noise I could not fathom, dropped bike off and came away a few days later with a bike as quiet as a mouse. Great job all at Westbrook. Thanks
Such a nice bolts and frame spare parts catalog. I lost the bolt of the shock linkage to the frame for a 3y old Scott and they not only had the replacement but also had it shipped to Barcelona in less than 1 week so I didn't loose another Sunday riding day. I loved them for this, thank you!!!
