got a mondeo from here and the advert said DPF had been done. Took it to my mechanic who said the DPF is cracked and needs replacing at a cost of 360. Spoke to the dealer who is not prepared to help. Total rip off. Also charged me a 2% credit card fee which is illegal.

Recently bought my second car from this Garage. I was happy with the service five years ago so i decided to give them my trade again when i saw they had the make and model that i wanted. They even took a part ex on the original car i bought giving me a fair price i guess. I like the new garage location better than on the main road. Maybe third time in another five years....... who knows.
I have spoken with the garage 4 weeks ago re a Jaguar X Type ... The garage where informative, communicated well and where very very professional. Unfortunately i missed the vehicle. However, owing to the contact experience i had, in addition to the FACT that they take the time to answer reviews with EVIDENCE which builds trust as opposed to using feedback as a weapon. i would certainly consider using this garage if a vehicle to my liking comes up for sale there.....
