Despite booking a courtesy car as they couldn't provide the drop off service included in my mot/service plan, they didn't have a car available as people hadn't returned them. Ended up really late for work and had to drag my Dad out to come and get me and take me back. They are keeping my car to do work so finally got a courtesy car but I don't know any other garages that charge you for the insurance... Not particularly impressed...
Went to buy and view a car on 17/12, staff were super professional from the moment I made my first inquiry about a car, the service they provide in preparing a car for sale and keeping the customer informed was second to none from this experience!
Its convenient that there isnt a 0 star rating . I bought my van from Jennings ( now LOOKERS) and have always gone back there for services and repair work , looking back the list seems to be endless of minor problems that are always recieved with an attitude . Wether its the girl on the reception whos to bust trying to pout her false lips rather than listen to the customer to the robot talking mangers in the service dept . Secondly I had a service and an MOT last weekend They never fixed the flat tyre correctly (which I bought from there and when I complained they said it wasnt part of the service , they did it out of a good will gesture but when speaking to the woman at head office ( MANDY) who was very friendly and helpful she confirmed tyre repairs are indeed part of SERVICE PLAN that I pay for monthly Now the fuel filter warning light as come on this morning and they want more money as its not part of the service plan , youd think they would have spotted it on one of their diagnostic checks !! Theyve got VERY lackadaisical attitude towards past customersGood luck LOOKERS !!!
Staff very helpful explain everything about changing your vehicle and very patient when asking the sale's person for more imformation .Tea /coffee offered. Disabled toilet/male /female which are immaculate
Had a nice choice of cars, I'm only looking as I want an upgrade the gentleman we talked to was lovely and didn't put any pressure on us about buying anything, will be coming back for a look when I'm ready to buy
