While the Seat staff were probably meaning well, they wasted nearly 6 weeks of my life, trying to fulfill an order for a Petrol Ateca!! This order later proved impossible for approaching four months. This was due initially to a delay on ordering as told 'not possible prior to publication of emission tests' although I have heard there are also manufacture problems e.g. LED headlights etc. Only advised of delays after we had paid a deposit up front. We were promised initially we could order after 5 weeks delay, then on the day after emissions data was released, (the promised date) told we would need to wait a further 10 weeks before able to even order and then a further 10 weeks after for delivery (making 7 months total - way longer than superior cars including Volvo XC-40, Jaguar E-Pace etc.)Very poor service overall and the delay has cost us money on the value of our part exchange vehicle. Also, original discount negotiated with junior salesman was not honoured and generally poor communication throughout. ? Seat HQ mainly to blame and staff here generally friendly and helpful. Staff getting frustrated as unable to do their job of selling cars. I suspect some of problems are not unique to Seat, but apply equally to Skoda and VW. Significant limitations on what can be configured online on all three websites e.g. Tiguan etc. Maybe blame Theresa May and Brexit!
All the staff at Jennings were excellent. From the front desk being extremely helpful in letting me what was going on, the mechanics to taking care of the car itself and the cleaners who returned my car spotless. Very professional!

First new car I have bought booked it well in advance but could not pick it up on the 1st of September, since then I have had issues with the car taking it back for the 3rd time shortly. The receptionist are not welcoming very short and the first time I took it in was told to bring it in early as they close at 12 so I did and the car was ready at 4pm.
