Have used many car garages over the years so know how they operate and know what makes me tick when looking for cars and classic cars to buy. Had the pleasure of doing business and dealing with these lot and have been very impressed with the overall service and customer service I received. Very professional and organised and knowledgable in their field. Found their pricing system very reasonable and managed to bag a bargain in my opinion! Really nice cars. Amazing mixture of out of the ordinary imports. Friendly and helpful but not at all pushy staff. Found and bought the perfect car without the experience being spoiled by horrendous salesmen. Thoroughly recommend especially as 2 months on the battery died on the car we bought: no questions, no quibbles, no cost just a new battery fitted while I waited and had a nice chat. Cannot smile wide enough
Saw my car on the Car Warehouse website and called them. Spoke to Keith who ran me through the proceedure for seeing and buying my choice. I paid the deposit,was assured that I wouldn't be disappointed and that the 150 mile drive to see the Elgrand would be worthwhile. I wasn't disappointed......saw the car,drove her and paid the money! Very pleased with all aspects of the transaction as Keith took as much time as was necessary to show me the proceedures and paperwork involved in importing their cars (they have hundreds)!. I would happily use them again and have recommended them to friends...something I would NOT do if I was in any way concerned. Many thanks to Keith and the team, as my Elgrand is a low mileage stunner.
