The staff are very rude when you call to make an appointment. They are lack of respect.

Awful. Took my toddler for advice from the pharmacist who advised she needed to see a GP within 24 hours. Phoned the surgery and she was refused an appointment, even as an emergency. 111 also advised I needed an urgent GP appointment. They still refused to see my Daughter. Receptionist was rude and apparently the locum GP had advised that due to short staff, we should go to A&E - It didnt warrant a hospital appointment, but she was very poorly and uncomfortable. Very high temperature. We ended up having to go to North Tees clinic. I complained to NHS Ombudsman who upheld the complaint. They advised that the surgery should audit there procedure and let me know the outcome within 2 months. They havent! The surgery is ridiculous. Prescriptions are impossible to sort. Appointments are ridiculous. They dont send out cervical smear reminders. Badly managed.

Has a history of being excellent but in the past year it's not been quite as efficient.I could usually get an appointment within 24 hours. Recently it's been longer.Staff are great both medical and administration.

this is one of the worse doctors centres I have had the displeasure to have been a member of.Wife needed hep b injection for work and safety and all costs where covered by her employer and they refused to give her them risking her life at work with no good excuse...I need a medical for dvla..waiting over a month for this as its on a time limit to be done to be told after cancelling my appointment 24hrs before hand that its not there problem...risking my job as I could now be unemployed because of this...staff are rude insensitive and robots to peoples needs ... there are some good doctors here spolit be stupid managerial staff making pathetic decisions that put peoples lives at risk or costs them money..... I would not trust this practise to look after the dead.... moved .... bye ... good riddance and will never regret this decision .. .....I would tell everyone stay away from this place ... like YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON IT...!!!!!!!!!if they reply to this it will be a load of rubbish ... lies and a damage limitation reply... don't trust it everyone .......reported to nhs onbudsman twice now.....

Always had good experiences with the drs here. Administration staff have been polite and helpful also. It takes a while to answer the phones but that is understandable when you think of the financial situation of the NHS.
