I would have given no stars but wouldn't let me post without at least one !This is the worst surgery I have ever been to, I tried to ring to book an apt and they didn't answer the phone, last time I visited I needed to explain myself to receptionist in front of a full waiting room, I would never recommend this surgery and have taken myself and my family to another surgery, its such a shame it merged, When it was Albert House at least you were respected. Drs only work 1 day per week, what good is that if you are not in need on the only day they work !!! BAD PRACTICE
My husband Brian came in to see the new Dr in room 1 sorry we don't know her name she was fantastic, by the afternoon he was in hospital seeing a specialist ,we are very impressed with her please try and keep her as she is kind and caring. linda james
