Don't go here, you're gonna die before you get an appointment. There's a higher chance of your wife coming back to you than getting an appintappoint here.
Like most practices, they are oversubscribed with patients so getting appointments is a challenge to say the least. The critical failing of this practice however rest with their front of house staff. Either grumbling rottweilers or sashay drama types who offer the least empathic, professional or courteous service imaginable. Fortunately with the rate of technological advancement and automation, they will soon be gone, making the already traumatic experience of a doctors visit a little less painful.
Took on far too many parients. Never answer the phone and when they do you can't get an appointment anyway
This has been my doctors since I was born. It's my parents doctors and my grandparents doctors. 3 generations all go to the same place which, I believe, speaks for itself. The reception staff are always friendly and the nurses and doctors are brilliant in what they do. Also, pre-bookable appointments are hard to get because it's a very popular doctors which is why it's better to ring up first thing on a morning and you will most likely get an appointment for that day.
Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Absolutely awful service. Can't remember the last time I actually used them because I can never get an appointment. Tried today to get an appointment for next week, was told that there were no pre bookable appointments until a particular date (the date that I had asked for) and was hung up on. Then took me 15 mins to ring back, when I finally got through I was told I couldn't have an appointment on that date because they had just given the last one away. Horrendous service and I genuinely have no idea how they are still open
